                  "Ida Osborne''

  Ida Osborne was born August 21st 1910 in
Buchanan County, Virginia. She  died in
Gaithersburg M.D. July 06th 1986 from colon
cancer.She was the daughter of Sam Osborne
and  Lydia Margaret Keen.
 
 On July 09th 1930 Ida married Vince M. Mullins
born May 24th 1912 in Buchanan County, Virginia.
Vince died of a heart attack in 1984.
He was the son of Crockett Mullins and Hannah Kelly
They had ten children.
  
 Vince Mullins drove a supply truck for the Bainbridge Maryland Navy
Yard  in 1927 to 1929.He joined the Army in 1941 and served in World War ll and the Korean War along with his son Tivis {Buster] Mullins. Vince also worked at Home Creek Coal
Mine Company in the late forties, later going back
into the Army and serving a total of ten years all
together.He is remembered on the WWII Memorial in Washington D.C.
