Spencer Osborne Family
Spencer Osborne was born March 22, 1855
and died 1928. He was the son of Ruel And
Syndesta Osborne from Buchanan County.
Spencer married three times,[record not returned] first to Sarah
Davis, second time to Hannah Rife born 1855
the daughter of Elijha and Milinda Rife.She was a
sister to Esau Rife. His third wife was Sabra
Blizzard the daughter of Henry and Mary
Blizzard.
The union of Spencer and Hannah had
eight children.
